I haven’t shared my previous weight loss transformation on here or on our Facebook (i’m not too sure why) But I wanted to share it now! Since I’m actually almost done with this current one.
So back in March 2012, I had given birth to my 3rd Baby, Sophia. I decided that I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle (when I found out I was pregnant with her) so right after I had her and got the clearance to start working out again (yes I did workout while I was pregnant) You bet your bottom I did!

The reason why I was still lifting weights (My Doctor was A-Okay with me doing so) was because I was lifting heavy weights way before I was pregnant, so My body was used to this.. plus I always listened to my body and made sure not to overheat myself etc etc..
I decided to join a weight loss/body transformation challenge over at BodyBuilding.com well I didn’t win (which is fine with me) but I did lose 23lbs and was very proud of my accomplishment.

I currently am doing another transformation challenge (also from bodybuilding.com) and I entered on December 23, 2012.. and it ends this March 17th! I’m very excited as I’ve lost 15lbs and I’m not stopping after this challenge!
I plan to compete on stage for the very first time ever in a bikini competition this May! so i’m very excited to be able to say i’m training for that!
Which brings me to my next point.. I’d LOVE to feature any and all moms that have lost any weight and want to share it on my personal blog!
