The Mommy Workout | Kalei

Here’s a quick workout I created for all the mommies who want to get a quick session in, but don’t have a lot of time! I wanted to create a total body workout so after you have completed this routine, you won’t have to worry until the next day! If you are ready to become sore, watch this video.
